Fast Global Delivery Service Service provides logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing and customs brokerage. Service availability and rates vary by route and may be subject to local regulations.
3. Shipment records
All shipments are managed by authorized administrators and must reflect real, lawful goods. Misuse of the platform — including the creation of fictitious shipments — is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the shipment as declared at booking, subject to applicable carrier conventions (Warsaw, Montreal, CMR, Hague-Visby) and any insurance purchased.
5. Prohibited items
Shipping of weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials outside declared procedures, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited by origin/destination law is forbidden.
6. Payment
Quoted rates exclude duties and taxes unless stated. Invoices are due per the terms agreed at booking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
